Bruce has a long-standing interest in real estate. Knowing him to be a moral, personable, hardworking and patient professional with a sense of humour, family & friends encouraged him to pursue this path. Essentially, they saw him as the type of person they’d like for a realtor themselves.

Bruce is a long-term Calgarian & attended Western Canada High School, in the iconic “Red Mile”. Family roots here go back over a hundred years, including forebearers in real estate and development.

Bruce came to real estate years ago with significant education & prior background in healthcare, human resources and strategic management, which has been very beneficial in terms of both people and business know-how. Having worked in regional planning, he’s certainly no stranger to the importance of criteria, facts, figures & analysis.

Bruce is a dedicated family man, married with three adult children. He has B.Sc. degrees in Bioscience and Psychology from the Universities of Alberta and Calgary. Also, he has certificates in HR and Management from U of C. In addition to his real estate license, he has taken  the CNE [Certified Negotiation Expert], SRES [Senior’s Real Estate Specialist] and CCS [Certified Condominium Specialist] designations.
